Limassol Hills Golf Resort gets green light!
The approval of the revised planning permit relates to additional upgrades to the existing project, and the official start of construction works is expected soon.
Universal Golf Enterprises PLC, which is listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, was created specifically for the development of this project on a privately owned land of approximately 2 million square meters in Vasa Kellakiou, a beautiful hilly area just 15 minutes from Limassol's coastal front. The natural beauty of the area combined with the terrain's morphology, the panoramic view and the excellent microclimate it adds give particular advantages to the project and make the right conditions for its success.
Limassol Hills Golf Resort PLC will include a golf course and golf club, sports facilities, hotel boutiques, a conference center, a tourist village as well as extensive residential development of luxurious residences.
Universal Golf Enterprises PLC Manager, Charalambos Kangas, said that the issue of town planning license is the most important milestone for the project so far and marks the official activation of the company in the field of golf tourism in Cyprus. At the same time, it will allow the design of the next steps required for the implementation of the project, securing the necessary building permits and attracting investors.
