The Company obtained all planning permits for the golf course development’s master plan (plot division), for the Club House, the Maintenance Building, the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Golf’s Course Services Building.

Following the above, the Company has submitted the studies required for obtaining the relevant building permits, which anticipate securing shortly.
